Development feasibility, program management and monthly financial reporting of P&L and cash flow forecast.



A high-density development of small industrial units in close proximity to the Port of Melbourne.  Precast concrete wall construction.  Complexities included the need to comply with industrial zoning at the same time as accommodating the amenity of existing neighbouring residential properties sited on industrial zoned land.
