Scope of role

Project Manager, responsible for:

  • Development of town planning design to Building Permit compliance
  • Development cost estimate
  • Negotiation and procurement of all construction phase resources
  • Management of demolition phase
  • Management of initial civil works
  • Management of construction phase through to handover to occupiers
  • Financial management of development draw-downs


3-storey twin-masonry cavity wall construction with precast concrete plank floors and stringent noise-transference avoidance criteria.  The desirable apartments located within a steel roof structure were particularly challenging requiring precision steel components manufactured to exposed portal frame standard.
