Pre-Construction Manager, responsible for:
- Development of design and workflow management post-development approval
- Building Permit design compliance and acquisition
- Value engineering and design development for construction phase
Two and three-storey apartments forming the first phase of a development on the site of Northcote’s old tannery. High development density and lack of private space at ground level demanded careful design configuration of services metering.
