Scope of Role

Overall responsibility for:

  • Competitive tender management on behalf of Metricon
  • Negotiation and execution of formal contract
  • Delivery of construction phase to tight schedule and high quality expectation



Brick veneer single-storey high density residential construction.  A feature of this development was the expectation to push the boundaries  of price, time frame and quality.  No quarter was given by the client in any aspect.  This demanded extraordinary efforts from the project team and unfailing organisation of resources.
