  • Financial management of development draw-downs



Laser-cut fabricated steel-framed structure on pad footings with twin masonry cavity walls to head height capped with sandwich-insulated profiled steel walls and roof.  Mezzanine office areas.  Complexities included the deployment of subterranean water storage crates to retard storm water prior to discharge into the public drainage system.
