Scope of Role

Overall responsibility for:

  • Competitive tender management on behalf of Metricon
  • Negotiation and execution of formal contract
  • Delivery of construction phase to tight schedule and high quality expectation



Single-storey detached homes of brick veneer and hebel veneer construction.  Careful management of onsite operations was required whilst extending the footprint of an existing community of retirees.
